I just turned the big 35. Seems like a milestone age in a lot of respects. I have no issue with aging, or admitting my age. At least not yet anyways. give me another 10 years, and aging may be more challenging. But for now, another year gone by doesn't make me sad or squirm. I'm having a lot of fun, and really enjoying where I'm at in life.
As is my birthday tradition, I gather a group of friends and we go to a driving range type place called Top Golf. It's always a fun time with good people. Then afterwards we stop at P. Terry's for burgers and root beer shakes. Their root beer shakes are my favorite. It was a bit misty and chilly, but still a great time and good way to ring in another year.
